Before Booking
DEPOSIT IN
  • $20 non-refundable deposit must be sent within 2hrs after book- ing to secure your appointment, appointments will be cancelled otherwise
  • Transferable with 24 hrs in advance rescheduling
  • $20 deposit will go towards your total balance
PAYMENT

  • Remaining balance: Cash or EMT will be taxed (13%)
  •  $20 non-refundable deposit paid through EMT.
LATE/RESCHEDULING POLICIES
  • 24hrs notice to reschedule
  • Appointments will be counted as a NO show if running more than 10 mins late without notice
  • $15 late fee after 10 mins if I can still take you
  • $40 extra to rebook after a no show
Reparation Info
  • Avoid caffeine if it makes you jittery
  • Use the washroom prior
  • Remove eye products on lashes & near eyes (concealer, eye-shadow, mascara, moisturizer, sunscreen, lash glue, etc.) or a $10-20 cleaning fee will be charged
  • Complete the appointment in no more than 5 mins
  • Plan your ride early and must arrive on time
  • Avoid wearing contacts (glue fumes may cause irritation)
Refills( SEND PICS PRIOR IF UNSURE)
  • Must have 40% left for a refill and no more than 3.5 weeks after the previous appointment
  • Must have 70% left for a mini fill within 7 days of the previous appointment
  • Foreign fills are an extra $20 only if the work is clean or removal is needed before a full set
REMINDERS

    Every individual has different face shapes, eye shapes, lash count etc, majority of the time the lash sets will not be completely the same

  • No guests!
  • Minimize talking to ensure maximum usage and focus on time
  • Retention is 50/50 and different for everyone due to hormones, lash growth, natural oils on the skin, medi- cation, weather, and many more
